We actively assist in the implementation of programs designed to add significant post-investment value to our portfolio companies. Specifically, Hunt Capital professionals assist our portfolio companies with overall strategic development, internal and external growth strategies, management team development, and capital financings and restructurings. Additionally, we assist management in developing infrastructure, corporate systems and controls, and board over-sight by actively participating in key committees including finance, compensation and audit.

We actively seek to bring to our partners the benefits of the vast global network of resources and relationships developed by Hunt Capital and other Hunt affiliates. Through our extensive relationships and significant economies of scale, we introduce groups that can lend to, co-invest in, and provide services to our portfolio companies on an advantaged basis.
